Refund policy

1. Overview

Artuvate is committed to delivering long‑term relief and measurable improvements through our therapeutic devices. This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when requesting a return, refund, or replacement. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Celoxy before the item can be shipped back. 

2. Eligibility for Returns

 

To qualify for a return:

  • The device must include all original packaging

  • The return must be shipped to an authorized Celoxy warehouse.

  • The Product must not show signs of being used or damaged unrelated to manufacturing defects.

Items returned without satisfying the above conditions will not be accepted & Refunds shall not be processed.
